Message	Guy apparently has pulled a fast one on me. He purchased a ZEM which he received and still has, then he charged-back the payment. Paypal wont protect my funds at this point and they will not collect back from him for me. I have attempted to call, page, and email the guy several times over the past month, as well as send him a new bill through paypal, but no response. I thought of trying flares and smoke signals, so dont mention it. If anyone knows this guy or can get in touch with him, please email me. Thanks in advance.
